Very friendly staff at the front desk, comfortable accommodations. I didn't have a vehicle, but there looked to be plenty of parking for guests. Good options for breakfast, though it took me a bit to realize I had to request coffee from the person at the counter.

Very nice hotel close too the station in Modica, this is a 4 star hotel, great value for the price modern type building , very friendly staff who speak perfect English. About a 15 min walk to the centre of town. If you are travelling by train a perfect place to stay. I will stay there next time for sure.

The room had everything you needed, was a good size and well presented. The property was within a 10 minute walk to explore the surrounding old town. The off street parking was really convenient and ensured we avoided the ZTL. The staff was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable rooms and in less than 10 minutes walking you're in the center of the city. Also there's a safe private parking for your vehicle.

Very good hotel located a little out of Modica - by the railway so perfect if you like trains. The public areas are train-themed but the rooms aren't - just big, comfortable, well-designed and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of free parking. About a 10-15 minute walk into town, which wasn't a problem for us. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

It was in a quiet area. We only stayed one night, arrived late so we didn't walk around the area. At breakfast they had a very fresh selection.

Breakfast was better than expected (local chocolate would be appreciated). Parking directly at the premises. Very safe location. Hotel itself looks modern.

Location with free parking good size of the room nice bathroom and a nice communication with the receptionists
